So i am not the biggest claires fan. I think they seriously need to retire that piercing gun. However- the earrings they sell you when you get a piercing are surprisingly good quality. I think that if claires made the jewelry they sold to everyone in that quality and price range they would be more respected.

This was my first order placed through Claire’s website. I ordered some bits as part of a present and the website was easy to use and all of my items were on offer so I felt like I got really good value for my money. I instantly received an email of confirmation of my order which stated delivery would be 3-4 working days and I would receive an email when my order had been shipped. Four days later I still hadn’t received an email re shipping and with my order being a present I was worried about receiving it in time, so I emailed customer services and they responded within 5 minutes! The email was apologetic & explained there had been an IT issue which had affected a small amount of customers, they would inform the IT team & get my order pushed through as soon as possible. The email stated I would receive further email updates and as promised 24hrs later I received confirmation of my order being shipped & then a further 24hrs later, I received my order. My order was well packed and my items are lovely, I will have a very happy six year old. Thank you Claire’s for great customer service.

So far so good. Every order I have made has been Great. Straight forward order and delivery. My daughter's have been very happy with there gift's from here, my eldest daughters favourite shop.

Super fast delivery.All packaged great...bath bombs were not smashed or anything.I always buy hair ties and they always snap because my hair is so thick! But not these...they're thick and stretchy and made to last. They're a bit more expensive but u dont mind paying it as long as the hair ties dont snap.They're so pretty too. Gorgeous pretty patterns that u dont mind anywhere else...they're normally just plain and boring.My only complaint...the bath bombs are really mild...they dont really smell of anything.Other than that...I'm super impressed and when I need hair accessories...I will be going back to Claire's. Cheers guys.

My 9 year old niece was shopping for a birthday present for a friend. The sales clerk was most helpful and complimented me on my niece's behavior. She was gracious in helping us and gave us an in-store coupon. The store was 5083 and the associate name was Mallory. All the associates were kind and the store was fairly busy, but Mallory treated my niece as a valued customer.

On a shopping trip to Crawley I decided to get my helix pierced both my daughters had had their ear pierced at Claire Eastbourne so I was confident in using them. I asked of they pierced helux with a gun to which I was told yes. There are 5 people waiting for that just now so come back in an hour. Which I did. The lady explained everything pierced my helix and I brought some cleaning solution. It's now 3 months later and it's healed fine my only issue is that as its pierced with a stud the pointy Sharp but at the back of my ear has made it impossible to lean on the ear even now it's healed it stabs my head! I was told not to change the earring for 4 months so I have another month yet so waking up being stabbed in the head at night ?

I ordered some stocking fillers for my daughters and then read the reviews on here and did panic as they were alot of negative comments BUT I can't fault them at all. I ordered late in the evening, had an email to confirm, then 2 days later an email to say order had been shipped and it turned up the following day, so in total 3 days, which for this time of year is really fast! I ordered ear studs, necklaces and nail polish and all arrived, they look nice and my kids will love them.

I absolutely love Claire's and so does my daughter and step daughter! I have always had a great experience when ordering and visiting their store and I love their accessories, I dont buy accessories from anywhere else now for the girls.

I wish I had read the online reviews before I ordered. My bank has been charged three times for the same order and I have had no response from customer service at all. I am a single working mum with very very little spare cash and I just wanted to order a few small things for my daughter but they have taken over £60 out my bank.Update/ the staff responded to my email after Three days, and it was resolved.

So a few weeks ago I went to the mall and I happened to be by Claire’s, I dropped inside because I really love the pucker pops there, I don’t understand why a small beanie baby is legit SEVENTEEN DOLLARS,This makes me angry because those are like five dollars, other than that there pretty nice and welcoming
